Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services, which include custom design, development, and setup, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
- In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services or if there is a significant deficiency in the quality of our work, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the issue arising.
Cancellations
- The minimum subscription period for all our plans is 3 months. After this initial period, you may cancel your subscription by providing a 30-day written notice to [email protected].
- If you cancel your subscription after the minimum 3-month period, you will be responsible for paying for the services provided up until the effective date of cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, Zero Effort Website will provide you with a standalone version of your website for a one-time end-of-subscription fee of $350. This fee must be paid before the website files are released to you.
Subscription Downgrades
- You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time after the initial 3-month period by providing a 30-day written notice to [email protected].
- Downgrading your plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the 30-day notice period.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time on your current plan after the downgrade takes effect.
Termination by Zero Effort Website
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you breach our Terms of Service or engage in any unlawful or prohibited conduct.
- In the event of termination by Zero Effort Website due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be indicated at the top of the page.
